Affordable fashion to style your bump

Now one thing that stressed me out last pregnancy was working out how to style my bump. With this new found glow, long luscious locks and now this bump added to your ever changing body. What to wear becomes a chore, and if you are like me maternity clothes always look frumpy, so unfashionable and just make you look like a knee with lipstick. And the thought of spending money on a new temporary wardrobe is so frustrating.

So I decided that what I would do is say no to maternity frocks and just size up on my normal favourite style of clothing, which is so easy if your like me and generally love wearing things with stretch.

I teamed up with FemmeLuxeFinery which is always my go to for cute, stylish but affordable fashion. Always on trend and for a mum they always have amazing discount codes and offers

You can never got wrong with a maximidi dress, it grows with your bump, super comfortable and can be dressed up or dressed down. I’m all about that pop of colour this season and the orange just gives me that extra glow. Coupled with a baby pink oversized blazer for the mix of bold but subtle finish.

What I loved most about this dress is that it is ribbed so it has nice support for your growing bump, but because it is stretchy I know it is a dress that all women can wear before during and after pregnancy. So you would definitely be saving yourself them coins. And I know us ladies love to look good on a budget and get the most wear out of wardrobe.

Look 2: Movie night with Hubby

Yes you guessed it another midi dress, this time in all black because black truly is a staple must have in your wardrobe. They say we always need an LBD but I honestly say you always need a MBD. I chose to dress this down with a pair of comfy trainers and a throw on a cute distressed denim jacket.

You always wanna be super comfy especially when sitting down for a good few hours so a super stretchy midi dress is always a perfect go to. It is something that you should always have in your wardrobe and let’s not lie we all know that black is that optical illusion dress.

Look 3- Mum on a Mission

Ribbed Loungewear Set – Asia (FemmeLuxeFinery)

Distressed denim jacket

Fenty Puma Sliders

Now when it’s all said and done it’s all about comfort when pregnant and even generally as a mum I find happiness in being comfortable so Loungewear sets are my go to everyday day, run to the shop, taking Taliyah for a play days, taking her to the park, the airport run, you name it. Throw on a pair of trainers or even a pair of sliders and your good to go, rock that messy bun in style mamas.

Super lightweight and made from a soft rib knit fabric it works well for the warmer summer weather but you can also wear when it is a bit cooler. It has so much stretch so it’s perfect for chasing your active little ones but really retains it shape and has that sports luxe vibe.
